Sohamm Engineers

We are based out of Vishwkarma Estate at number 1. It’s right across from the Fortune Estate in Kathwada, so it's a very busy industrial neighborhood. At Sohamm Engineers, we spend most of our time surrounded by heavy components and the smell of machine oil. The workshop isn't exactly a showroom. It’s a place where things get made and fixed, so there’s always a bit of a mess on the workbenches. We have a few old machines that we rely on every day. They might look a bit worn out, but they do the job better than some of the newer stuff we’ve seen. Most of the guys here have been working with metal since they were young, so we know the sounds a machine makes when it's not running right. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to the people who walk through the door and try to help them with their engineering problems. Sometimes we have to work late to finish a job, and the only light comes from the sparks of the welder. It’s a simple way to live, but there is a lot of satisfaction in seeing a finished part ready to go. We keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just a local workshop trying to stay productive in Singarva.
