We’ve been here at Vatva Gidc for a while now. Our workshop is at No. 458, just down the road from the Vatva police station. It's a busy area, but we like it here. We do all sorts of engineering jobs. People come to us when they need something fixed or fabricated. We aren't a giant factory, just a group of guys who know how to work with metal and machines. Sometimes the shop gets a bit dusty, but that's how it goes in this line of work. We mostly take on whatever comes through the door. It might be a small part for a neighbor or a bigger piece of equipment for another business in the estate. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or paperwork. Most of our day is spent out on the floor getting our hands dirty. If you're looking for us, look for the police station first, then we're right nearby. It’s pretty easy to find once you’re in the Gidc. We try to get things done when we say we will, though sometimes things take a bit longer if a machine breaks down. That’s just life here. We’ve seen the area change over the years, more shops opening up and more traffic on the roads. But we’re still here doing the same thing every day. It's simple work but it's what we know how to do. We're just locals making a living.
