Smc Bricks

We've been here at Kalpana Complex for quite a bit now. It is right near the Memnagar Fire Station in Navrangpura, so we hear the sirens go off pretty often. Bricks are heavy things and they leave a lot of red dust on everything in the office. It’s just how it is. Sometimes the traffic outside gets stuck because of the narrow turn near the fire station, but we manage. Most days it is just about moving the stacks and talking to the drivers who come to pick things up. Navrangpura is a busy area and being in unit 130 means we are right in the middle of it. The bricks come in and they go out to various sites around town. We don’t have much fancy stuff here, just the desks, some old chairs, and the paperwork piled up. People stop by asking for directions sometimes because of the landmark. The sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon and it gets quite warm inside. We usually have the fan going full speed then. It is a simple setup really. Nothing too complicated about what we do. We just stay busy with the orders. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit of a mess, but you get used to that when you work with building materials. It's just part of the daily routine here at Smc Bricks. We keep our coffee mugs on the desk and try to stay on top of the phone calls.
