Smart Health Security

Our office is at number 4 in the Dhara Centre. It is right across from the Hero Honda showroom at the Vijay Cross Road in Navrangpura. It is a very central spot in the city, so we see a massive amount of traffic and people passing by every single day. We deal with health security matters, which mostly means we spend our time talking to people about their coverage and what they might need for their families. Navrangpura is always on the move, and being so close to the crossroad means it is never really quiet inside the office. The space itself is quite simple. We have some filing cabinets, a few computers, and a place for people to sit down when they come to talk to us about their paperwork. We are not some big corporate chain with a fancy lobby. It is just a small team of us working here. We have learned over the years that people mostly just want clear answers without a lot of confusing talk. So, we try to keep things very basic and easy to understand. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing, especially during the busier times of the year. We just take it one person at a time and try to help. The building is easy to find, which is good for our visitors. It is just a practical business for people with practical needs.
