Sicos Ltd

Our place, Sicos Ltd, is tucked away at C-1/B-4418, Ph.-Iv in Gidc Vatva. If you know the Vatva area, you know it is quite a maze of different units and workshops. We have been based here for a long time. The building is a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it is solid. We deal with various industrial tasks and it gets pretty messy. There is always a smell of grease or metal in the air. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. It is just us workers and a couple of managers who are usually out on the floor anyway. Most of our tools have been with us since the beginning. We had to fix the roof last monsoon because it was leaking near the back exit, which was a real pain. We usually eat our lunch together in the small breakroom near the entrance. It's not a corporate environment at all. We wear work clothes and don't worry about looking polished. As long as the machines are running and the orders are getting filled, we are happy. People know us by our address and the fact that we stay open later than most of the other units nearby. It is just a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a fuss. It gets the job done and we keep moving.
