We have been here at Plot No.62/7+8 in Phase 1 of G.I.D.C. Vatva for a while now. Shubham Extrusion Technik Pvt.Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our days, dealing with the technical side of extrusion. It gets pretty loud on the floor with all the machines running, but that's just how it is in this part of Ahmedabad. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know the rhythms of the place. We don't really have fancy offices or anything; it’s mostly just the workshop and some desk space for the paperwork. Every morning starts with checking the schedules and making sure the raw materials are ready. Sometimes the heat in Vatva gets to be a lot, especially in the summer months, but the work keeps moving. We handle a lot of different parts and setups for the extrusion process. It's practical work. You learn a lot by just being hands-on with the equipment. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we see each other outside of work too. If you ever come by Plot No.62/7+8, you’ll see us busy with whatever order is currently on the line. There isn't much to say other than we just get on with the jobs we have. Some days are smoother than others, especially when a machine needs fixing or we’re trying to figure out a specific technical issue.
