Shrinathji Engineering Industries

You can find us at Building No- B - 20 within the Agrawal Industrial Estate. We are situated in the Mahendikuwa area, just off Dudheshwar Road. It’s a busy industrial patch where everyone is busy making something or another. Shrinathji Engineering Industries is basically just a large shed filled with heavy machinery and metal scraps. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months, especially with the machines running all day long. We don’t have an air-conditioned office to sit in; we’re usually right there on the floor. The floor is stained with oil and there’s always a bit of iron dust in the air. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve seen the estate change over the years. Most of our day is spent reading drawings or adjusting lathes. It is noisy work, and you have to shout to be heard over the hum of the motors. We don’t have a website or a marketing team. Most of our business comes from other workshops in the estate or regulars who have been coming to us for years. We just focus on the engineering side of things and making sure the parts we make are correct. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work. When the shift ends, we lock up the heavy gates and head home like everyone else on Dudheshwar Road. We do it again the next day.
