Shree Ramdev Bricks Works

You can find Shree Ramdev Bricks Works at Plot No-2 in Ishwar Estates. We are located right by Chotilal Ni Chawl on the main Odhav Road. It is a busy area in Odhav Gam, and being near Amco Bank helps people find the turn-off to our yard. We have a lot of bricks stacked up here, mostly for the local builders who are working on projects around this side of the city. The yard is always a bit chaotic with trucks coming in to pick up loads and others dropping off raw materials. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basic tools and a lot of hands-on work. My day usually starts early, checking what needs to go out and making sure the stacks are stable. The noise from Odhav Road is something you hear all day long, but you eventually just tune it out. It is a tough business because bricks are heavy and the dust gets into everything, including the tea we drink in the office. We are just a local operation trying to keep up with the demand in the neighborhood. Sometimes things get backed up, but we just work through the pile. There is no corporate manual here; we just do what needs doing to keep the yard moving. It is simple, hard work on the edge of the industrial estate.
