Shree Conmix Engineers Pvt. Ltd. operates from Plot No. 7603 in the GIDC Estate, Phase-IV, over in Vatva. This is a very industrial part of the city, so you’ll always hear the sound of machines and see people in work clothes walking around. Our building is basically a large workshop where we do all our engineering and fabrication work. The air usually smells like metal and oil, and there are tools scattered across the workbenches most of the time. We aren't the type of company that spends money on fancy lobbies or reception areas because we spend all our time on the shop floor. We have a team of people who have been with us for years, and they know the machines inside and out. It’s not easy work, and the heat in the workshop can be quite intense during the summer months, but we get used to it. We just focus on making sure the parts we build are solid and that they go out to the customers on time. We keep our own records, usually written down in big binders, and we don't worry too much about corporate polish. It’s a grit-and-gears kind of place where the main goal is just to finish the day's projects and get home to our families. We like the honest work we do here in Vatva.
