You can find us at G-22 in Galaxy Mall. We are right across from Ocean Park in the Satellite area. Being in a mall is different from having a standalone shop because there is always something going on around us. People walk by all day, and sometimes they just pop in to ask for directions or see what we are doing. The shop isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. Most days, I am here early to clean the glass and get the displays looking decent before the crowd starts coming in. It gets really busy on the weekends when families are out at the park across the street. We’ve had this spot for some years now and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. The air conditioning in the mall is a blessing during those hot summer months, I'll say that. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit messy with boxes piled up near the back door. We don't do much fancy advertising; we just stay open and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a decent place to work, even if the parking at Galaxy Mall can be a real headache sometimes. We just focus on getting our daily tasks done and making sure we have what people are looking for when they stop by. It keeps us on our feet.
