Shiv Shakti Mamra Pauva Factory

Being out here on Sanand Road means we deal with a lot of dust and truck noise all day long. We are located right near Gajanan Mills, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us in Bavla. The factory is usually pretty loud because of the machines processing the mamra and pauva. It’s hot work, especially in the summer months when the heat from the machinery adds to the outside temperature. We have a group of guys who have been with us for years. They know exactly how the grains should look and feel. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People in the area just know we are here. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half a day fixing a belt or cleaning out a clog. That’s just part of the routine of running a factory. The yard gets crowded with bags when a big shipment is ready to go out to the local markets. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's a factory, so there’s always a bit of a mess somewhere. We eat our lunch together in the small shade outside when it’s not too windy. It's a simple life here in Bavla. We just focus on getting the bags filled and loaded onto the trucks. Nothing too complicated, just the same work day after day, making sure the production stays on schedule.
