SHIV ION EXCHANGE

SHIV ION EXCHANGE is tucked away at 132, Shri Hari Darshan Estate, which is pretty easy to find if you know where the Nika Tube place is. We are right behind the expressway in Phase-4 of Vatva Gidc. It’s a busy industrial area, so there is always a lot of dust and the sound of trucks moving back and forth. Our workshop isn't anything special to look at, mostly just a lot of pipes, tanks, and bags of resin sitting around. Dealing with water systems is a bit of a messy job, so the floor usually has some puddles or marks on it. We spend a lot of our time looking at gauges or trying to get a seal to sit right. It gets really hot in the summer because of the metal roof, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. People come to us when they have issues with their water setups, and we try to figure it out without making it too big of a deal. It’s a lot of hands-on work, getting your hands dirty and dealing with heavy equipment. We don't have a big reception desk or anyone in a suit. It's just a bunch of us in our work clothes trying to make sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. Sometimes we stay late when a job is being stubborn, but that’s just part of being in Gidc.
