Service Engineer

We set up Service Engineer over here at Anand Apartments, specifically D-2/4. If you know the Amraiwadi area in Ahmedabad, you know it stays pretty busy all day long. We are right near Jawaharnagar, so there is always some noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few years. Our place isn't a showroom or anything like that. It’s where we keep our gear and handle the technical stuff. Most days, we are out and about, but this is the home base. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many different tools and boxes of parts stacked up against the walls. My brother helps out with the paperwork, though we aren't very good at staying organized with the files. We mostly care about whether the machines are running right. Ahmedabad traffic can be a real headache when we have to get across town, so we try to plan our routes early. Sometimes we just walk over to the local tea stall to take a break and talk to the neighbors. It’s a regular life here. People find us through word of mouth mostly. We don’t do any advertising. If someone has a problem with their equipment, they just drop by the apartment or give us a ring. We just try to do the work honest and get home on time. It's a small operation, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
