Sea Star Food Industries Pvt. Ltd. is based at A-3 in the Sneha Complex. We are located in the Kali Kund area within the Ahmedabad district. It’s a busy commercial complex with a lot of different businesses sharing the space. Our particular unit is where we handle all our food-related work. It’s not a massive factory, but we have enough room for our equipment and the staff. Most of us arrive early in the morning to get things started before the heat of the day kicks in. Ahmedabad can get really hot, as everyone knows. Inside, we mostly focus on the packaging and sorting. It’s a lot of standing and moving around, so everyone stays pretty active. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. We’ve got a small break area where we eat lunch and talk about the news or whatever is happening in Kali Kund. The neighbors in the Sneha Complex are mostly friendly, and we often see the same faces every day. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look polished. As long as the workplace is clean and the machines are running, we are happy. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us. We’ve been here for a few years and have settled into a good rhythm that works for everyone involved.
