SCS EQUIPMENTS

We are located at 64, Shree Haridarshan Industrial Estate, which is right by the Baroda Express Way in the Vatva GIDC area. SCS EQUIPMENTS has been here for a good while. The location is very practical because being beside the expressway makes it easier for the big trucks to find us. Vatva is a busy industrial hub, so there is always smoke, dust, and the sound of metal hitting metal. Our unit in the estate is where we put together all the equipment. It is a large, open space with high ceilings to keep things from getting too cramped. We have a lot of heavy tools and welding machines that we use daily. It gets quite hot in the summer, especially with the machines running, but that is the nature of this work. We usually have tea together in the mid-morning to talk about what needs to be finished. We don't have a fancy showroom; if you want to see what we do, you just come into the workshop. The floor is usually covered in some oil or metal shavings, so you have to watch your step. We aren't much for talking or fancy presentations. Most of the guys here have worked with their hands their whole lives. We just stay focused on the equipment and try to get the orders ready on time. It’s a simple life in the GIDC, just work and more work.
