Sandip Machinery Manufacturing Co is situated at L-92 in the Odhav Gidc Estate. We are pretty easy to find if you head towards the Odhav Telephone Exchange or the Bhikshukgruh. This is an old industrial part of town, and we’ve been part of it for quite a long time. Our workshop is full of heavy machines, and the floor is usually covered in a bit of metal shavings and oil. That’s just how a real manufacturing shop looks. We don't have a fancy air-conditioned office with glass walls. We spend most of our time out where the machines are running. It gets quite hot in the summer, but we just keep the big doors open and get on with the work. Odhav is a busy area with a lot of history in manufacturing, and we fit right in with the other shops around here. We make various types of machinery and parts, depending on what the orders are for that week. It’s not a clean or quiet job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have any polished sales pitches or corporate brochures. If someone needs a machine, they just come by the estate and talk to us. We’ve built a lot of things over the years in this small corner of the GIDC, and we just keep plugging away at it every day. It’s just plain, hard work for us.
