We are over at Atma House in units 907 and 908. Being located right opposite the LA- Gajjar Chamber on Ashram Road in Ahmedabad, 380009, means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a very busy part of Gujarat, and the traffic noise is just something we’ve learned to ignore over the years. We do engineering work here, mostly focusing on the technical design and planning side. Our office isn't one of those modern, empty-looking places. Instead, it’s full of blueprints, old calculators, and stacks of technical manuals. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and have watched the city change quite a bit from our windows. Engineering is really just about finding a way to solve a problem, and that is what we do every day. We look at drawings, talk to people about what they need their machines to do, and then try to figure out how to make it happen. Sometimes we stay quite late when a deadline is coming up. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we all know how to work around each other without much fuss. We don't really go for big speeches or promotional talk; we just prefer to let the final drawings and the products speak for themselves. It is honest, hard work that takes a lot of patience. We take a break at the tea stall downstairs most afternoons just to clear our heads and talk about the morning's progress.
