Sahjanand Engineering

Sahjanand Engineering is in Shed No 6 at the Global Business Park. We are near the Safari Hotel at the Odhav Ring Road Circle. The location is good because the trucks can get to us easily from the ring road. Odhav is a busy industrial hub and there is always something going on. Our shed is a decent size and we have a lot of equipment installed there. The floor is concrete and we try to keep it swept, but there are always metal shavings and bits of wire around. Being near the Safari Hotel makes it easy to give directions to people. They just look for the big circle and the hotel. The park itself has many other businesses, so there is a lot of coming and going. We have a small mezzanine floor where we keep the files and a computer. It is quieter up there but most of the time we are down on the floor. The air smells like welding and oil. We start our day early before the traffic on the ring road gets too backed up. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten quickly so we can get back to the projects. It is a practical environment where the focus is strictly on the engineering tasks at hand and getting the orders finished.
