Down in Pachrathna Industries State, you’ll find our unit at Block 304/291. We are right near Jackson Hydrological on the Package Road in Changodar. It’s a massive industrial area and sometimes it feels like a maze with all the different blocks and factories. Working at Sacmi Group here means dealing with the heat and the constant hum of the industrial estate. There are always trucks moving and people in uniforms heading to their shifts. Our particular spot is a bit tucked away, but we stay busy with the technical side of things. It’s a lot of machinery and spare parts. We spend most of the day on our feet, checking things and making sure the workflow doesn't stop. Changodar is a long way from the main city, so we all usually eat together in the canteen or bring stuff from home. It’s a very practical environment. There’s no room for fluff here. We deal with heavy equipment and technical specs that would make most people’s heads spin. The dust from the road gets in everywhere, so we are always cleaning the sensitive parts of the machines. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We aren't here to make things look pretty; we are here to make sure they work. That’s what matters in a place like this industrial state.
