Vimal Oil & Foods Ltd.

We are up on the 4th floor of the Heritage building. It’s right on the S. G. Highway, close to The Grand Bhagwati, so it’s pretty easy for anyone to find us. Vimal Oil & Foods Ltd. deals with exactly what the name suggests. We’ve been in the food industry for quite some time. The office here is busy most of the time. There is always someone coming in or out with papers or samples. It’s a lot of logistics. We have to make sure things get from the production side to where they need to go. Working near the highway means there's always a bit of a hum from the cars outside. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try not to let it get too chaotic. We have a regular routine that starts with checking the inventory and talking to the distributors. It’s not glamorous work. There are a lot of phone calls and checking numbers to make sure everything adds up. We eat lunch together when we can. The building has decent elevators, which is good because nobody wants to climb four floors every day. We’ve seen the area around S. G. Highway change a lot over the years. More buildings have gone up, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. It is a long day, but we prefer it that way.
