You’ll find us right across from the Ibp Petrol Pump in the Ashwamegh Industrial Estate. We’re located at Plot No. 2, Block O.394. It’s a big space because the machines we work with at Rollepaal Engineering India Pvt.Ltd. take up a lot of room. It gets hot inside during the summer, even with the big fans running. We spend our days looking at blueprints and making sure the assembly lines are running right. There's always a bit of grease on someone’s hands. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes that have seen better days. The estate is always buzzing with trucks coming and going. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is annoying but part of the job. We have a small cabin for the office work, but most of the action happens on the floor. People often get lost trying to find us since the plots aren't always numbered clearly, so we tell them to look for the petrol pump. We’ve been here for a while now, and the neighbors are all other engineering firms. We share tools sometimes or help each other out if a crane is needed. It’s a practical environment. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you walk in, you’re likely to see a bunch of pipes or metal frames waiting to be shipped out.
