Ro World

You can find Ro World at 410, Veemurti Complex. We are right opposite the Oxford Tower on Gurukul Road. It’s a busy building with lots of different shops and offices. We have been here for a bit now, dealing with water filters and all the parts that go with them. The office is on the fourth floor, so we use the lift quite a bit. It’s not a very big space, just enough for some desks and a storage area for the filters. Ahmedabad gets very dusty, so we are always cleaning the glass shelves. People come in when their machines at home stop working or if they need a new filter. We usually have a technician or two out on their bikes visiting houses around the city. When they come back, they talk about the traffic on Gurukul Road. It can be a nightmare during rush hour. We keep a ledger for all the work we do. It’s old school but it works for us. We don't do much advertising, mostly people just see our sign from the road or hear about us from their neighbors. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for customers. The sun hits the windows in the afternoon and makes the place really bright. We keep the spare parts in plastic bins so we can find them quickly. It's a basic setup. We just try to get the work done right every single day and keep things moving.
