Ridham Impex Industries is tucked away in the Odhav Industrial Estate, specifically at Office No. D-99 in Zaveri Estate. Kathwada is a busy area for industry, so there’s always a lot of movement around us. We aren't a massive corporation with a lobby; it's more of a functional space where we handle our imports and industrial goods. The office is right there with the storage, so we’re never far from the actual products. It gets quite loud with the neighboring factories, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend our time checking shipping manifests and making sure the quality of the items coming in is what it should be. Sometimes there are delays at the port or with the transport, which is frustrating, but we try to keep things moving. We deal with various industrial components that go into other machines or projects. It’s not glamorous work. There’s a lot of paperwork and even more time spent moving crates around. We’ve been in this part of Kathwada for a while, so we know the other business owners nearby. If you’re looking for D-99, just follow the main road through Zaveri Estate. We don't do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself through the people we supply. It’s just about being reliable and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the day. We might miss a phone call now and then, but we always call back.
