Panchal Iron Works

Our workshop is located at Plot No-301/1 in the Goteshwar Estate. We’re right near the Gota Railway Crossing, specifically at the Meldi Estate Corner. It’s a bit of a gritty area, which suits us just fine since we deal with iron and heavy metal all day. Panchal Iron Works has been at this corner for a long time. You can often hear the trains passing by while we’re working, and the whole place vibrates a little. The shop floor is usually covered in iron shavings and the smell of cut metal. We have a small corner where we keep our tools and a wooden bench for taking breaks. It’s not a fancy setup by any means. It’s hot work, especially in the summer months when the sun beats down on the roof. Most of the people around here are also in the industrial line, so we all know each other and help out. We don’t spend money on marketing or polished signs. Our business mostly comes from people in the neighborhood or folks who stop by because they saw us working from the road. We take things one job at a time. Sometimes the yard gets cluttered with old projects, but we try to keep it organized enough to move around. It’s just a few of us here, putting in the hours. We like being near the crossing; it feels like the heart of the industrial side of Gota. It’s noisy but it’s home.
