We are located at Plot Number 5/6 in the Sun Complex, right near the Stadium Circle on C.G. Road. If you know Ahmedabad, you know this area is always moving. Green Channel Travel Services has been around for quite some time, helping people figure out their trips and tickets. Our office isn't anything out of the ordinary; it's just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned up. The traffic outside at Stadium Circle can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually hear a lot of honking while we work. We aren't a big travel conglomerate; we are just a local team that knows the ins and outs of getting from one place to another. Sometimes customers come in frustrated because their plans changed, and we just sit down and try to fix it for them. It’s a lot of detail work, checking dates and prices over and over. We don't use any scripts when we talk to people; we just speak normally and tell it like it is. Some days are really busy with the phones ringing off the hook, and other days we have time to grab a tea and chat about the weekend. It’s a real job with real people, and we try to stay honest about what can and can't be done. C.G. Road is a good place to be, even if it is loud. We like being in the center of things.
