Dresser Rand India Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No. 187 in Phase 2 of the Gidc. It’s a solid location for what we do. We’ve been here through all sorts of weather and business cycles. The building itself is pretty standard for this area. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. Inside, it’s mostly about the equipment and the people who know how to use it. We don't spend money on expensive art for the walls or fancy furniture. We’d rather have tools that actually work. Our days start early. There’s usually a bit of a rush in the morning to get things sorted. We’re just regular people doing our jobs. We don't use those corporate buzzwords. If you asked any of us what we do, we’d just show you the work bench. It’s a down-to-earth kind of place. We have our fair share of challenges, like everyone else. Sometimes parts are late or the power goes out, but we figure it out. Being in Phase 2 means we have a lot of neighbors doing similar work. We like the community feel. Plot 187 is our home base, and we’ve made it work for us. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do a decent day's work and keep things moving. It's simple as that. We just show up and do what is needed.
