Ricon Dynamic Engineers

We are based at Plot No. 146 on Road No.-5 in the G.I.D.C. area of Kathwada. Being in an industrial zone like this means our days are filled with the sounds of machinery and the smell of metal. Ricon Dynamic Engineers is a place where we get our hands dirty. We work on various engineering parts and components, mostly dealing with industrial clients who need specific things made or fixed. The workshop can get quite hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. It’s not a clean or quiet office job. There are piles of raw materials in the corners and tools spread across the workbenches. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and making sure the machines are running correctly. Sometimes a project takes longer than expected because a machine breaks down or a part doesn't fit quite right, and we have to stay late to figure it out. Our neighbors in Kathwada are all doing similar work, so there's always a sense of being in a manufacturing hub. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in overalls talking over the noise of a lathe or a drill. It’s practical, straightforward engineering work done by people who know how to handle tools and metal without needing things to look pretty.
