The estate is a big place with lots of other businesses, but we’ve been in this unit for a while. It’s a solid industrial area. We spend our days managing the production and making sure things are moving along like they should. The office is right there with the factory, so we can see everything that’s happening. It’s not a quiet place, but that’s the way we like it. We have a decent group of people working here. Some of them live nearby in Odhav. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The focus is always on the machines and the output. Being near the Ring Road is helpful for the deliveries. We just get on with the daily tasks. There’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting. We try to keep things running smooth without making a big fuss about it.
