Our office is in Mithakhali, specifically at 406 in the Sudarshan Complex. It is a busy part of the city, and finding a good parking spot in the morning is always a bit of a gamble. We have been operating from this building for some time. The space inside is practical and serves our needs for handling the technology side of recycling. There are always boxes stacked in the corner and a few cables running across the floor that we keep meaning to tidy up. We don't really go for the high-end corporate look. It is more about having enough room to work on our projects and take care of the paperwork that comes with this line of work. Usually, the day starts with checking emails and seeing what new tasks have come in. The sun hits the windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. There is a tea stall just around the corner that we visit quite often when we need a break from the screens. We are just a small group of people trying to make sense of waste management through tech. It isn't always glamorous, and sometimes the technical problems we face are really stubborn. We spend a lot of time discussing things over old wooden desks. It feels like a real workplace where actual things happen, rather than a polished showroom. We just focus on our daily tasks.
