Raman Engg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. is based at 2019 Phase-3 in the Gidc area of Vatva. This part of town is full of factories and workshops, so we fit right in. Our building is a solid structure that has seen a lot of work over the years. Inside, you’ll find all kinds of engineering equipment and big machines that stay busy most of the day. It’s a noisy environment, but we are used to the sound of metal hitting metal. We are a small team of people who really know how to handle these machines. We don't spend much time sitting in an office; we are usually out on the shop floor where the action is. The floor is concrete and often covered in a bit of oil or dust from the various projects we are working on. We get a lot of different requests, from small repairs to making completely new parts based on a drawing. We take our time to make sure things are done right, even if it means staying a bit later than we planned. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to do a good job and keep the workshop running smoothly. The heat in Vatva can be pretty intense in the summer, but we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze we can. It’s just honest, hard work day after day.
