We are located at Survey No. 258, specifically Block No. 515. Our work revolves around food processing, so the smell around the building changes depending on what we are running that day. It might be the scent of grains or something more roasted. We aren't in a big city center, so we have a bit more space to move things around. The facility is mostly filled with stainless steel machines and bags of raw materials stacked up on pallets. We spend a lot of time cleaning because when you work with food, you can’t have any mess. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting bags and monitoring the temperatures on the equipment. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a marketing department. We just focus on getting the food processed and packed correctly. The workers here are mostly locals who know the value of a hard day's work. We don't use complicated language to describe what we do. We just take the raw ingredients and turn them into something people can use. Sometimes the machines break down right in the middle of a shift, and we all have to pitch in to get things moving again. It’s just the way it goes. We stay busy from morning until evening, making sure we keep up with the schedule. It’s a practical, straightforward business that keeps us all occupied. Most of us have been here for quite a while and it's just a job we do to get by. We aren't flashy, we just keep the machines running.
