Raj Engineering / Raj Industries

We go by Raj Engineering or Raj Industries, depending on who is asking. We are located at 1 Kailash Estate in the Odhav GIDC area, specifically Section 2. We’re right near Sugnan Vidhyalaya. Working in a GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. It’s a very busy part of Odhav. We do a lot of heavy-duty engineering and industrial work. Our place is basically a big workshop filled with tools and metal stock. We’ve been here for a long time, watching the area develop. It’s a noisy place with all the neighboring units running their machines too. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. They know the machines inside and out. We don’t have a polished office for meetings. Usually, we just talk to people right there on the shop floor. It’s more direct that way. We deal with all sorts of fabrication and repair jobs. Every day is a bit different depending on what the customers need. Sometimes the power goes out, or a machine breaks down, and we just deal with it. It’s the reality of running a shop in an industrial estate. We don't try to sound like a big corporation because we aren't. We’re just a local engineering shop in Odhav trying to do a decent job every day. It's hard work, but we take pride in getting the jobs finished for everyone.
