Jashoda Engineering Works

Jashoda Engineering Works is located over in Somnath Nagar, right near the Rabari Colony in Amraiwadi. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. We’ve been operating out of this workshop for a long time, and the walls are covered in years of soot and dust from the jobs we’ve finished. We handle all sorts of engineering tasks, from simple welding to more complex fabrications. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal and various tools that we use throughout the day. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You usually just walk in and find one of us working on a project in the back. We use a lot of old-fashioned machines because they are reliable and we know how to fix them ourselves when they break down. Amraiwadi is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We take a lot of pride in just being able to solve problems for the people who come to us. We don't do any big advertising. Usually, it’s just someone telling their neighbor that we did a decent job for them. We keep our ledger on a small desk near the fan. It’s a simple business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just keep going, day after day, doing what we know.
