R Sons Engineering Company

Our shop is at Plot No 17 and 22, right on National Highway No 8. It’s easy to find because we’re directly opposite Bajrang Ashram in Thakkarbapa Nagar. R Sons Engineering Company is what we call it. It’s been in the family for a while. The highway is always noisy with trucks passing by at all hours. We’ve got a decent amount of space here across the two plots. It’s a bit messy with metal scraps and tools lying around. We try to keep it organized, but work gets in the way. People usually stop by when they see the sign from the road. The ashram across the street is a good landmark for people who get lost. We have a couple of guys who have been with us for ten years. They know where everything is. The roof gets hot in the summer, so we use a lot of fans. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big order. We don't mind. It's how we make a living. The tea guy comes around twice a day. The office is just a corner with a desk and some old chairs. We do our billing there. It’s simple. We just focus on the engineering stuff and try to stay busy. That’s our life here on the highway. We get a lot of dust from the road traffic. It just settles on everything. We wipe it down when we can.
