R. P. Sales Corporation

You can find R. P. Sales Corporation at 18/B in the Mittal Flats. We are right by the Naranpura railway crossing. It’s a bit of a loud spot with the trains going past, but you get used to the sound after a few days. We deal in various industrial supplies and parts. It started out as a small trading business. My office is basically just a room filled with catalogs and boxes. We don't have a showroom. If someone wants to see a product, I just pull it out of a crate. I spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers. Sometimes the shipments are late, which makes things difficult with my customers. I try to be honest about it though. People in Naranpura appreciate when you don't give them a runaround. I’ve lived in this area most of my life. My kids go to the school down the road. I like that I can walk to work most mornings. We don't have a big staff, it’s mostly just me and a part-time delivery driver. We handle orders for small shops and some bigger workshops too. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps the lights on. We don't do any big advertising campaigns. Most people just know our name from being around so long. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. Sometimes the rain leaks through the front door a bit, so we have to move the boxes around. It’s an old building but it has character. We don't plan on moving because the location is convenient for the train station.
