We've been at Plot No 1110 Pinnacle for a while now. Most mornings start with the traffic on Corporate Road getting busy. Being right across from Royal Orchid Flat and near Auda Graden makes it easy for folks to find us, though the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes during peak hours here in Prahaladnagar. We mostly focus on engineering projects, the kind of stuff that involves a lot of technical drawings and making sure things actually fit together on the job site. It’s not fancy work, just solid. The office has a lot of files and some old computers that we probably should upgrade but they still get the job done. Our team is small, mostly just local guys who know their way around a site. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different locations seeing how the builds are progressing. Sometimes the rain makes the garden area look nice but it slows down our logistics. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in. If you walk past the Pinnacle building, you'll see our sign. It's nothing too loud. We’ve seen this part of town change quite a bit over the years. More buildings coming up every month it seems like. We just try to stay consistent with what we do every day. It's about getting the specs right and making sure the client gets what they asked for without a lot of fuss. That's pretty much how we run things here at R & S.
