Pulo Toys

Pulo Toys is tucked away at Plot No. 10 in the Paradise Park Society. It’s a bit behind Hotel Regenta, so you have to look for that first if you’re coming down Ashram Road. We are also right across from Azad Halwai, which is great because the smell of sweets sometimes drifts over to our shop. Making toys is what we do here every day. It’s a small operation, nothing too fancy. The society is usually pretty quiet, which helps us focus on getting things done. Plot No. 10 is where all the assembly happens. We have boxes everywhere and bits of plastic or wood depending on what we are working on at the moment. Being in Usmanpura gives us a good location, even if we are a little hidden behind the bigger buildings. People come to Pulo Toys because they know we are just regular folks making things for kids. We don’t have a big showroom or shiny lights. It’s just a workshop in Paradise Park Society. We spend a lot of time checking the details on each toy to make sure they’re okay. It’s a lot of sitting and focused work. Sometimes the traffic on Ashram Road gets bad, but back here it stays calm enough for us to finish our daily tasks without much fuss.
