Our office is at No-1, Pruthvi House, right near the Sanjeevni Hospital Road in Paldi. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads. Pruthvis Foods Pvt. Ltd. has been here for years. The building is an old house we converted into a workspace. It has a bit of a lived-in feel, with different rooms used for different tasks. We don’t have fancy cubicles or anything. It’s mostly just tables pushed together and shelves full of folders. The kitchen area is where we usually gather to talk about the day's tasks. Being near the hospital means there are always people around. We see the same faces walking by every morning. Our work involves a lot of coordination and checking on supplies. It’s not always easy, but we manage. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quite still. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just handle the orders as they come in. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the paperwork. It’s just a group of local people working together. We like the Paldi area because it's central and easy for everyone to get to. The office has a lot of character, even if it's a bit cramped at times. We don’t feel the need for a modern glass office. This place works for us. We just keep going with what we have and try to stay organized.
