Prime Pulses

You can find Prime Pulses at Shop No.220 on the 2nd Floor of the Tirupati Complex. This is right in the middle of Chokha Bazar in Kalupur. It’s a very crowded area and we are opposite the Kalupur Lat. Being on the second floor means we have to carry everything up and down but we are used to it by now. The bazar is full of noise and people shouting but once you get up to our shop it’s a bit more manageable. We have bags of pulses stacked up against almost every wall. There is just enough room for a small table where we sit to talk to customers. Kalupur is a major hub for this kind of trade so we are right in the thick of it. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just a couple of fans that we keep running all day. The lights are a bit dim in the hallways of the complex but our shop is well-lit so we can see what we are doing. We’ve been in this building for several years. It’s a tight space but it works for our needs. Most of the people who come to see us are regular buyers who have been coming to Chokha Bazar for decades. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here at number 220. It's a busy, sweaty job but it's what we know how to do. We just keep the inventory moving and the books updated as best as we can.
