We are set up at Shanti Estate, right on Ramol Road in the CTM area. Our shop is number 23, across from Shri Hari Estate. It’s an easy place to find once you get into the industrial part of Ahmedabad. We handle various industrial supplies and equipment. It’s a bit of a mixed bag depending on what people are looking for. The shop isn't huge, so we have to be smart about how we stack the crates and boxes. There’s usually a lot of coming and going with delivery rickshaws and small trucks. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy logos or mission statements. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. Most of our customers are from nearby estates who need something quickly. We try to keep a good stock of the basics. Sometimes it’s quiet and we spend time cleaning the shelves, and other days it’s a total scramble to get everything packed. The traffic on Ramol Road can be a bit of a mess in the evenings, but we’re used to it. It’s just a regular local business. We like the people we deal with and the fact that we’ve been in the same spot for a good while. There’s no big secret to what we do, just helping people find the parts or tools they need for their work. We keep a ledger of who owes what and just try to stay on top of the orders.
