Pratibha Engineering Works

You can find Pratibha Engineering Works at Plot No. 204 in the Abhishree Industrial Park. We are situated near the Ring Road, right in the Odhav GIDC area, tucked behind GVMM. It’s a massive area filled with all sorts of workshops, and we’ve been part of it for a long while now. The workshop itself is a straightforward setup. We have the heavy machinery lined up and enough space to move metal sheets around without bumping into each other too much. It’s a noisy environment, especially when the neighbors are also running their machines, but you get used to the rhythm of the GIDC. We mostly spend our time on fabrication and general engineering work. There’s no fancy air conditioning here, just a couple of big industrial fans that move the hot air around during the summer months. We take our tea breaks together sitting on whatever stools or crates are nearby. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have a sales team or anyone in a tie. Usually, you’ll find us in our work clothes, probably with some metal filings on our shirts. We just focus on getting the dimensions right and finishing the orders on time. The Ring Road makes it easy for us to get materials delivered, which is a plus. It’s an honest day's work for us, and we like the feeling of finishing a tough job that required a bit of extra thinking.
