We've been operating out of the A 2 Aashna building for a while now. It’s tucked right behind the Shell petrol pump here in Prahlad Nagar. Most days are just spent managing the inventory and getting things loaded onto the trucks. We handle a lot of different food products, mostly keeping things moving from the warehouse to the local shops. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when the deliveries are scheduled. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we keep our paperwork in order. Dealing with food distribution means we have to stay on top of the dates and the stock levels constantly. There is always something that needs to be sorted or a driver waiting for their route map. We aren't trying to do anything groundbreaking, just making sure the shops in the area have what they need on their shelves. Prahlad Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to, though traffic can be a bit of a headache sometimes. The staff has been around for a bit, so we all know the routine pretty well by now. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of logistical stuff that people don’t usually think about when they see food at the store. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the crates are stacked right and the orders are accurate. That’s really all there is to it.
