Pragati Engineering

You can find Pragati Engineering over at B-6 in the Sakribs Industrial Estate. We’re right behind the Indogerman Tool Room, near that big water tank in Ramol. It’s a busy part of the GIDC in Vatva, and things are always moving around here. Our shop floor is usually pretty noisy with the machines running. It’s not the cleanest place in the world because engineering is a messy job. There’s grease and metal scraps, but that’s part of the work. We’ve been in this shed for a long time now. We do what we can with the tools we have. Sometimes the machines need a bit of fixing, but we manage. The guys in the back know what they’re doing. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, maybe covered in a bit of dust. We take on the jobs that come in from the local area mostly. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want the parts to be right when they leave the gate. It gets hot in the afternoons under the tin roof, but we take our breaks near the water tank to cool off. It’s a straightforward life here in Vatva. We show up, do the engineering stuff, and try to keep things moving. We just focus on the machines and getting things finished on time.
