Being in Lajpat Rai Market means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a crowded place, and our shop at 427 is no different. Pmp Electronics Ltd. has been around for a long time, dealing with all sorts of components and gadgets. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know how it is—wires everywhere and people constantly asking for specific parts. We spend our days sorting through stock and helping customers find what they need for their repairs or builds. It’s a small space, so we have to stack boxes pretty high. Sometimes it feels like a maze in here. We don’t bother with fancy displays or lighting. The customers who come here know what they want, usually something very specific like a resistor or a particular circuit board. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a week. We’ve seen the market change over the years, but the demand for electronics stays the same. We aren't a big flashy showroom. We’re just a market shop where we know our inventory inside out. If you need a part, we probably have it buried somewhere in a drawer. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have much time for sitting around. Usually, there's a pile of boxes that arrived in the morning waiting to be sorted through by the afternoon.
