We are based at Pioneer House, which is Plot No-85. It’s part of the Bombay Deluxe Warehouse area. Being near Hotel Mony on the Narol Highway in Isanpur means we see a lot of trucks and big vehicles all day. Pioneer Security & Allied Services Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good stretch of time. The warehouse area is pretty loud and busy, but we’re used to it by now. We have a fair amount of space in the building to manage our operations. It’s a lot of logistical work, keeping track of people and where they need to be. We don't really have a front desk for visitors, it’s more of a working hub. The highway is right there, so getting around is actually pretty fast once you're on the road. We’ve seen Isanpur grow a lot since we first moved in. There are always new warehouses popping up. We just stick to our corner and do what we know. It’s hard work and long hours sometimes, but we’ve got a solid group here. We don't go in for fancy talk. We just show up at Plot No-85 and get to it. The dusty wind from the highway gets into everything, so we spend a lot of time dusting the desks. It’s not a glamorous place, but it works for what we do. We aren't much for social media or big events. We just keep our heads down and handle the security side of things because that is the job.
