Dolphin Security

Our office is in the Palladium Business Hub, which is quite a big place in Motera. We are on the sixth floor, in 609 and 610. It's right across from the PVR Cinema, so there’s always a crowd around. If you look up from the Pantaloons store, you'll see where we are. Dolphin Security is mostly about managing guards and making sure they show up on time at different sites. We have a lot of uniforms and logs lying around the office. It’s a busy spot because of the mall and the theater. People come in to apply for security jobs all the time. We check their papers and see if they have any experience. Motera is growing fast, and every new building needs a watchman or a guard. We try to keep things organized, but with so many people, it gets hectic. The elevators are sometimes slow because of all the office workers in the hub. We spend a lot of time on the phone, checking on our guys at the different posts. It’s not just sitting in an AC office; there is a lot of paperwork. We see a lot of different faces every day. It’s just us trying to keep things safe for the shops and buildings nearby. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now, and it’s a good location for people to find us. It gets noisy with the traffic, but that is part of the job.
