Our office is over in the G.K. Complex, right across from the Gurudwara in Odhav. We are on the first floor at number 7. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming up. Canny Management Service has been around for a bit, mostly helping other businesses keep their things in order. We don't have a big team, just enough people to handle the paperwork and the requests that come in. Most mornings we start with tea and go through the mail. Odhav is an industrial kind of area, so we see a lot of different people every day. Sometimes the elevator in the complex acts up, so we just take the stairs. It’s good exercise anyway. We handle a lot of management stuff that people usually don’t want to do themselves. It’s not glamorous work, but it needs doing. We’ve got desks piled with files and the computers are a bit old, but they work fine for what we need. People know they can find us here if they need something sorted out. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth usually brings people to our door. Being right across from the Gurudwara makes it easy to give directions. If you see the big gates, you know you’re close. We just try to stay on top of the tasks and make sure the people who hire us are satisfied with the help we give. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open.
