Our office is over in the Bhagwat Complex on R.C. Technical Road. It’s unit Ugff-12, so we’re easy to find if you’re in the Sola area. We mostly handle security guards and helping businesses find staff when they’re short-handed. It’s a lot of interviewing people and checking backgrounds. We started this because we saw so many shops and apartments around here needing reliable people at the gates. It’s not a fancy job, but it’s important. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with guards to make sure they know their shifts. Sometimes people don't show up, and we have to scramble to find a replacement. That’s just the nature of the manpower business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our work comes from local guys in Sola who know we're honest. We try to keep things simple. If a building needs a night watchman, we find someone who will actually stay awake. It sounds basic, but it takes a lot of effort behind the scenes. The Bhagwat Complex is a busy place, and we’re usually there early in the morning. We’ve been doing this for a while now and know the local area pretty well. We aren't some huge national chain. We're just a local office trying to keep things secure and help people find work. It’s a lot of paperwork, but it’s worth it.
