You can find us at Manpower Group Services India Pvt Ltd on the 9th floor of the Shitiratna Complex. We’re located at 904 Panchavati Road in Ellisbridge. Being up on the 9th floor gives us a bit of a view, but we’re usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window. We spend our days helping people find work and helping businesses find staff. It’s a lot of interviewing and looking at resumes, which can get a bit repetitive, but it’s important work. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. People come in looking for all sorts of jobs, from office work to labor. We don’t promise anyone a dream career, we just try to find a spot where they fit. The elevator in the complex can be slow during lunch, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't a corporate machine, even though we have a big name. It’s just a group of us in an office trying to connect people with a paycheck. We use simple English when we talk to our applicants because we want everyone to understand the process. There’s no need for fancy talk when someone just wants to know when they can start working. We keep things pretty practical here. If you need a job or need a worker, you just come up to the 9th floor and we’ll see what we can do.
