Pinky Sales

Pinky Sales is located right on Bapu Nagar Road. You can find us near Soni Ni Chali. It’s a busy spot, and there is always noise from the street coming in. We’ve been at number 7 for quite some time. The shop isn't very big, so we have to stack things up quite high to make everything fit inside. People from the neighborhood come in all day. Sometimes they just want to chat or ask the price of something they saw in the window last week. We sell different things, mostly stuff people need for their homes or small shops nearby. It gets quite hot in the summer because the sun hits the front of the building directly. We just keep the fan running and keep going. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s no corporate talk here. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. Loading and unloading stock is the toughest part of the day, especially when the delivery trucks can't find a place to park on the main road. Bapunagar is always moving, and we are just one part of that. We know most of the people who walk past every morning. It’s a simple life, really. We open up early, sweep the front, and wait for the first person to walk through the door. There’s no big secret to it, just staying open and having what people are looking for. We just keep our heads down and work.
